Conducting data-driven programme review with the PRT
In this workshop series, participants will learn how to use the Programme Review Tool (PRT) to analyse data from programmes for improvement purposes. Following the Plan, Map, Analyse, Implement (PMAI) model, participants will explore how the PRT allows users to conduct analyses designed to address questions about programmes and translate findings into actions for quality improvement. Through demonstration of the PRT and practice using the tool to conduct programme review, participants will be able to experience the benefits of a data-driven approach to programme review.
