Panopto Video Platform for Advanced Users

Panopto enriches video content through addition of interactive components, including the analytics module to present evidence on learner engagement and participation. With proper use of these add-ons, teachers can improve student engagement typically with video-based assignments and peer evaluation.

This workshop provides more ideas for users with fundamental knowledge in Panopto to utilize the features available for improving student interaction. Upon completion of this workshop, you will be able to:

1. Create and view Panopto videos with mobile devices
2. Embed interactive quizzing in Panopto videos to engage learning
3. Analyze learner participation with the analytics interface
4. Facilitate reflective learning and peer assessment with student assignments Panopto.

Please note: In order to attend the Advanced Users workshop, you must have attended the Beginners/Panopto Introduction workshop or already be a competent basic user of Panopto
